Thomas Lavoyn Coyan, 2nd, age 41 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, September 8 at 3:16am for driving while suspended, possession of certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county warrant.  He was released the same day at 7:53am on a $5231 surety bond.

Shannen Leeviy Price, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 8 at 6:45am for driving while suspended.  He released the same day at 3:46pm on a $500 surety bond.

Ryan Dale Hixon, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 8 at 2:38pm on a probation violation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Daniel Evan Blake, age 58 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 8 at 5:43pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released  the same day at 8:00pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Kristy Dawn Witty, age 51 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 8 at 6:56pm on an out of county warrant.  She was released the same day at 7:53pm on a $5000 surety bond.
