Gracie Ann Freeman, age 24, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, July 28 at 3:30am for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct and an out of county warrant. She was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, July 29th pm a $2500 surety bond.

Charles Robert Baldwin, Jr. age 37, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, July 28 at 11:41am on a failure to appear warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, July 29th without bond.
