Caleb A. Merriman, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 3 at 9:58am on an out-of-county warrant.  He was transferred out to Crawford County at 10:23am the same day.

Christina Lynn Hurst, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 3 at 10:00am on a sanction.  She was released on Sunday, September 3 at 10:00am for time served. 

Dwight Driver, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 3 at 2:00pm on a sanction.  He was released on Sunday, September 5 at 2:00pm for time served. 

John Michael Umsted, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 3 at 11:38pm for battery of a law enforcement officer, criminal trespassing, interference with a law enforcement officer; falsely report of a crime, possession of certain substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released on Saturday, September 4 at 2:25pm on a $4000 surety bond.

Jordan Eli Crowder, age 24 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 5 at 4:24pm for felony possession of stolen property.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Julie Ann Saul, age 35 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 5 at 7:03pm for violation of protection order.  She is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Amber Rae Forbes-Proffit, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, September 6 at 7:07pm for interference with a law enforcement officer.  She was released the same day at 11:32am on a $2500 surety bond.

Justin James Radspinner, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 7 at 2:39am for driving while suspended.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.
