Jeffrey Lewis Rogers, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 28 at 9:54am for domestic criminal damage to property.  He was released the same day at 11:36pm on a $500 surety bond.

Cherokee Rose Gomez, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 28 at 1:02pm on two failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Nicolas Edward McHenry, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 28 at 4:04pm for distribution of illegal drugs, felony theft of property and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Laramie Alan Craigen, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 28 at 10:41pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 11:28pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Jamie Ray Harvey, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 28 a5 11:25pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of paraphernalia and an out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Zachery Glenn Baker, age 36 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, September 29 at 3:39am on a Bourbon County Warrant and two failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
