Lee A. Heyer, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, September 21 at 11:05pm for possession of certain depressants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  he is still being held at this time on a $2750 surety bond.

Heaven L Critser,a ge 21 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 22 at 12:40am for two counts of cruelty to animals.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
