James Patrick DeMeritt, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 16 at 5:09am for cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain depressants, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Darin Lee Harclerode, age 47 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 16 at 10:24am for criminal damage to property and theft.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Jeremy Akers, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 16 at 4:34pm on a Bourbon County Warrant.  He was released the same day at 8:33pm on a $500 surety bond.

Christopher J. Alvarado, age 32 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, September 16 at 7:07pm for two counts of domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
