Christopher Shawn Peter, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 14 at 3:56am on two counts of possession or distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and possession of paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.

Eric Cordell Carter, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 14 at 10:00am on an out of county warrant.  he was released the same day at 6:48pm on a $653 cash bond.

Jess Steven Seiwert, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s office on Tuesday, September 14 at 4:52pm on a returned for court order.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
