Michael Verlyn Durossette, age 44 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, September 10 at 8:38am on a failure to appear warrant. He was released the same day at 3:29pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Dustin James Brandt, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, September 11 at 11:22am for interference with a law enforcement officer and two out of state warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Andrew R. Stephens, age 33 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 12 at 3:02pm on an out of state warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Samantha Joy Ludeman, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, September 12 at 3:02pm on a Bourbon County Warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Dwight Preston Gill, Jr. age 21 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, September 13 at 2:43am for two counts of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
