Chadd Edward Logan, age 48 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 9 at 8:00am on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Samuel Wayne Phillips, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 9 at 10:15am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
