Trad Wayne Carpenter, age 23 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, August 10 at 10:54pm for use of communications in a drug sale.  He was released on Tuesday, August 11 at 8:33am on a $1000 surety bond.

Spencer Thomas Lee, age 28 was arrested on Monday, August 10 at 8:52pm for criminal damage to property and domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
