Curtis Robert Owenby, age 24 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, August 8 at 6:51am for cultivation/distribution/with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and stimulants, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Angelina Monique Fasanella, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, August 8 at 1:46pm for use of communications in a drug sale.  She was released the same day at 1:46pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Amanda Dawn Benton, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, August 8 at 6:20pm for distribution of meth.  She is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.

Misty Marie Benton, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, August 8 at 6:20pm for distribution of meth.  She is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.

Quinton Joe Ivey, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, August 9 at 8:41am for battery of a law enforcement officer and two counts of criminal trespass. He was released the same day at 11:41am on a $2250 surety bond.
