Rick O Sadler, age 74, was arrested by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation on Thursday, September 24 at 10:25 am for aggravated indecent liberties with a child and rape. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Friday, September 25th, on a $500,000 surety bond.
