Christina Lynn Hurst, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, July 23 at 10:00am on a sanction.  She was released on Sunday, July 25 at 10:00am for time served.

Christopher Andrew Swartz, age 34 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, July 24 at 11:13am for aggravated battery to cause bodily harm with a deadly weapon. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Blaine Ryan Ross, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, July 24 at 9:31pm for burglary and criminal damage to property.  He was released on Sunday, July 25 at 4:42pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Jayden R. Robison, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, July 25 at 8:00am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Joshua Glenn McDowell, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, July 25 at 5:12pm for driving while suspended.  He was released the same day at 8:07pm on a $2250 surety bond.
