Ralph Paul Miller, age 66, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, July 21 at 8:45pm for one-way glass & sun screening devices, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, July 22nd on a $1500 surety bond.
