Billy James Meech, age 56, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, June 3, at 4:15 p.m. on a Fort Scott Municipal warrant. He was released the same day at 5:13 p.m. on a $175 cash bond.

Matthew Fennell, age 34, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, June 3, at 10:09 p.m. for a tampered ignition interlock device, license restrictions, and vehicle unlawful acts. He was still being held as of 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, without bond.
