Erica Clarice Allen, age 48 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, August 31 at 2:07pm for possession of any substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to appear warrant. She was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, September 1 st without bond.

Daniel Joseph Graham, Jr. age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, August 31 at 5:08pm on two failure to appear warrants. He was released the same day at 8:06pm on a $2000 surety bond.
