Theron Joseph Nuss, age 45, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, June 29 at 11:54am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, June 30th without bond.
