Benjamin Soten, age 46 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, June 28 at 12:05am for driving while a habitual violator, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, trafficking contraband in a correction/care facility and use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances.  He is still being held at this time on a$5000 surety bond.

Lee Roy Reeves, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, June 28 at 9:10pm on two failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Heather Rachelle Hobbs, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, June 28 at 11:07pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She was released on Tuesday, June 29 at 12:28am on a $1000 surety bond.
