Christina Lynn Hurst, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 25 at 10:00am on a sanction.  She was released on Sunday, June 27 at 10:00am for time served.

Chase William Warner, age 30 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, June 26 at 1:31am for domestic battery, domestic criminal damage to property and two bond revocation warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Xazvier Akeem Shambley, age 26 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, June 26 at 12:51pm for domestic battery.  He was released on Sunday, June 27 at 4:21pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Buddy E. Willis, age 48 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, June 27 at 1:53am for diving while a habitual violator.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Timothy Andrew Bassett, age 48 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, June 27 at 5:11pm on a Bourbon County Warrant.  He was released the same day at 6:16pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Benjamin Soten, age 46 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, June 28 at 12:05am for driving while a habitual violator, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, trafficking contraband in a correction/care facility and use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
