Raya L. Haynes, age 18, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, June 24 at 8:12pm on an out of state warrant. She was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, June 25th without bond.

Jacob Allen Stinnett, age 22, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, June 24 at 10:23pm for failure to give information on an accident, reckless driving and transporting an open container. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, June 25th without bond.
