Donald L. Parson, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, June 22 at 2:49am for cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Andrew Edward Martin, age 53 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, June 22 at 4:23am on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 3:53pm and bond was reinstated.

Tristen Brock Hopkins, age 29 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, June 22 at 8:43am on three counts of aggravated assault.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Cassie Renee Landl, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, June 22 at 12:14pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She was released the same day at 3:07pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Scott Alex-Michael Stevens, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, June 22 at 7:20pm for felony theft of property or services.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
