Roger Eugene Firebaugh, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 19 at 2:51am for distribution of certain stimulants, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate, use of communications in a drug sale and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Jerad Ross Taylor, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 19 at 1:40pm for felony theft of property or services.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Clarence Omar LaRoche, Jr. age 42 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, June 19 at 6:24pm for burglary, possession of opiate/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate and theft of property or services.  He is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.

James D. Fountain, age 28 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, June 19 at 6:24pm for burglary, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, theft of property or services, trafficking contraband in a correction/care facility and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.

Gloria S. Magee, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 19 at 9:20pm for criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Shane Andrew Aerts, age 25 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, June 21 at 11:43pm for aggravated battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
