Timothy Andrew Bassett, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, June 1 at 4:34pm for domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Niecie L. Nunley, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, June 1 at 5:49pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She was released the same day at 9:55pm on a $500 surety bond.

Annette L. Smith, age 44 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, June 2 at 11:12pm on an out of state warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
