Stanley Ray Watkins, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, June 16 at 12:38pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Kenneth Wayne Meisenheimer, Jr. age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, June 16 at 3:03pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
