Marion James Caylor, age 69 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 29 at 4:05pm for criminal threat.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

William James Caylor, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 29 at 3:55pm for domestic battery.  He was released on Saturday, May 30 at 4:29pm on a $500 surety bond.

James D. Fountain, age 28 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, May 30 at 10:44am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and on out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Vicki Lynn Melson, age 54 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, May 30 at 6:00pm for domestic battery.  She is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Nathan Scott Carey, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, June 1 at 12:08am for aggravated domestic battery and possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
