Justin Michael Kastl, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, May 7 at 1:53am for aggravating intimidation of a witness, criminal damage to property, criminal restraint and domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Demarrio Edward Herring, Jr. age 20 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, May 8 at 12:4pam for criminal deprivation of property and domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
