DeWayne DeShaun Phillips, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, May 6 at 10:29am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Kaleb Jay Wilson, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 7 at 8:01am on three failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $6000 surety bond.
