Jennie Rebecca Hawthorne, age 49 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 3 at 11:00am on a sanction.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Bill Ray Elliott, Jr. age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 3 at 7:34pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 7:59pm on a $3000 surety bond.
