Randall James Kuns, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, May 25 at 10:56am for stalking.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Matthew Aires Morrill, age 24 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, May 25 at 3:00pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 6:09pm on a $358 surety bond.

Samantha Glynn Witt, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, May 25 at 8:42pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Michael Verlyn Durossette, age 33 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, May 25 at 8:00pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Jonathan Jacob Rowe, age 20 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, May 25 at 10:54pm for aggravated assault and battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Jacob Allen Wiggans, age 21 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, May 25 at 10:48pm for battery.  He was released on Wednesday, May 26 at 1:25am on a $500 surety bond.

John Joseph Tucker, age 20 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, May 25 at 10:47pm for battery.  He was released the same day at 11:50pm on a $500 surety bond.Elizabeth Rian Rodriguez-Garcia, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 26 at 12:17am on an out of county warrant.  she is still being held at this time without bond.

Jesus Guadalupe Alvarez, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 26 at 4:00am for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, felony possession of stolen property, possession of certain depressants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
