Levi Kent Richards, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, May 20 at 9:50am for child endangerment, possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate and a Kansas Department of corrections warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Kenneth Bryan McClure, age 49 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, May 20 at 10:02am for violation of offender registration act.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Cheryl Denise Wards, age 37 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, May 20 at 11:19am on an out of county warrant.  She was released the same day at 11:54am on a $10,000 surety bond.

Kristapher Thomas Allen Kern, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, May 20 at 11:46am for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia and violation of offender registration act.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Randy Keith Houdashelt, age 58 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, May 20 at 11:18pm for possession of cocaine, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and on out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.

Anthony E. Rush, age 32 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, May 20 at 4:19pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 5:24pm on a $500 surety bond.
