William Allen Cummings, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 19 at 11:20am on a bond revocation warrant and a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

William Jewell Fry, Sr. age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 19 at 10:16am on three failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Brenda J. Holt, age 33 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, May 19 at 10:46pm for criminal damage to property.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Jason Matthew Phillips, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, May 20 at 3:10am for driving while suspended.  He was released the same day at 5:39am on a $1250 surety bond.
