Luke Norman Shepard, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 29 at 9:22am for assault and trespassing.  He is still being held at this time on a $750 surety bond.

Jesse L. Brown, age 30 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, April 29 at 11:50am for criminal restraint and domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Joseph A. Lotterer, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 29 at 1:00pm on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Felicia Renee Forester, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 29 at 3:03pm on a Bond Revocation warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
