Katrina Janea Rupprecht, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 27 at 2:12am for felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and possession of paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Robert Thomas Harper, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 27 at 8:00am on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
