Jonathan Stuart Howard, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 22 at 8:45pm on four bond revocation warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Stanley Ray Watkins, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 22 at 10:09pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
