Jason Omar Clark, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 21 at 6:45am for duty of driver to report accident to unattended vehicle, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, trafficking contraband in a correctional/care facility, vehicle liability insurance required and vehicle unlawful acts.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Karlie SueAnn Bidwell, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 21 at 6:59pm on four failure to appear warrants.  She is still being held at this time on a $4000 surety bond.

Rodney Jay Clark, age 60 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 21 at 8:00pm on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Chase William Warner, age 30 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, April 21 at 10:23pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Jerry Lee Mitchell, age 62 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 21 at 11:33pm for driving while suspended, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and transporting an open container.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
