Edward A. OBryan, Jr. age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, April 20 at 12:05am for interference with a law enforcement officer.  He released the same day at 5:58pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Donald L. Sprague, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 20 at 3:45pm on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Patience Elizabeth Mize, age 22 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 20 at 6:02pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She was released the same day at 6:53pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Jason Omar Clark, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 21 at 6:45am for duty of driver to report accident to unattended vehicle, vehicle liability insurance required and vehicle unlawful acts.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
