Courtney Rachel Heckert, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 19 at 1:41am for driving while suspended, no liability insurance and possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs with 2 prior convictions.  She is still being held at this time on a $3000 surety bond.

Jakob Ray Brewer, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 19 at 1:41am for distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Kuley Karlar, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 19 at 5:51am for driving while suspended and habitual violator.  He was released the same day at 4:23pm on a $1750 surety bond.

Jason Ray Douglas Pierce, age 22 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 19 at 9:30am on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 10:43am on a $1000 surety bond.

Edward A. OBryan, Jr. age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, April 20 at 12:05am for interference with a law enforcement officer.  He is still being held at this time on a $1250 surety bond.
