Ronald William Finney, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 8 at 9:06am on a bond revocation warrant.  He was released the same day at 5:03pm.

Matthew Allen Broyles, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 8 at 10:16am for unknown circumstances with drivers’ license.  He is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.

Ashley Elizabeth Lumpkins, age 39 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, March 8 at 10:16am on an out of county warrant.  She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Shawn Edward Counts, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 8 at 10:16am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.

Justin Mitchell Harvey, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 8 at 10:25on for possession of paraphernalia to cultivate and possession of certain illegal drugs.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

James Robert Lucas, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 8 at 11:37pm for possession of ephedrine or precursor with intent and possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Bradley P. Young, age 54 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, March 9 at 6:45am for sexual exploitation of a child.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
