Joseph Alan Lotterer, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, March 29 at 11:00am on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Sawyer Wayne Edwards, age 34 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, March 29 at 3:51pm on an out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Nicole A. Kinder, age 47 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, March 29 at 9:06pm for battery, felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and possession of paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Gaylord Joseph Stotts, age 46 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 30 at 3:24am for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, vehicle liability insurance required and vehicle unlawful acts.  He is still being held at this time on a $1250 surety bond.

Lee Michael Yarber, age 46 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 30 at 3:24am for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $1750 surety bond.
