Dustin Terry James Miller, age 21 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, March 28 at 11:04am for domestic battery.  He was released the same day at 6:32pm on his own recognance.

Kimberly Anne Perry, age 32 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, March 28 at 11:04am for criminal damage to property.  She was released the same day at 5:40pm on her own recognance.  

Kenneth J. Derringer, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, March 29 at 9:43pm on an out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $75,000 surety bond.
