Cherokee R. Gomez, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 2 at 1:57am for driving while suspended, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and three failure to appear warrants.  She is still being held at this time on a $1500 surety bond.

Luke Norman Shepard, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 2 at 12:41pm for possession of certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  he is still being held at this time without bond.

Terrence D. Lee, age 36 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, March 2 at 3:24pm for domestic theft of property, interference with a law enforcement officer and an out of county warrant.  he is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Jay Brown, age 50 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, March 2 at 10:40pm for driving while suspended, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and possession of paraphernalia.  he is still being held at this time without bond.

Lowell Eric Hill, age 52 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, March 2 at 10:57pm for criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, distribution of certain stimulants, possession of certain stimulants, felony theft by deception and use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Racheal E. Gesslein, age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, March 2 at 11:05pm for distribution of certain illegal drugs, felon in possession of stolen firearm, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of paraphernalia and felony theft by threat.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
