Lukas Preston Snyder, age 29 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, March 24 at 2:33am on a failure to appear warrant.  He released the same day at 9:20am on a $1000 surety bond.

Caleb A. Merriman, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, March 24 a5 4:12am for cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $250,000 surety bond.

Edward N. Willis, age 49 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, March 24 at 7:32am on an out of state warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Rodney Jay Clark, age 60 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, March 24 at 8:00pm on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Shane Robert Cooney, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, March 25 at 12:31am for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal discharge of a firearm on a public road and possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
