Beverly Ann Spencer, age 62 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 1 at 1:17pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She was released the same day at 1:41pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Joshua Paul Lotterer, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 1 at 2:16pm on two out of county warrants.  He was transferred out to Crawford County the same day at 2:19pm.

Mike Anthony Torrence, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 1 at 11:06pm for felony criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, criminal use of weapons, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Melissa Dianna Torrence, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 1 at 11:41pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
