Gary Scott Gatlin, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, February 28 at 12:33am for battery, criminal damage to property and an out of state warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Jeremy Michael Lotterer, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 28 at 3:41am for Cultivating/distributing with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of paraphernalia, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and five failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $114,000 surety bond.

Raymond David Helgren, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 28 at 6:38pm for driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia and possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Justin Michael Kastl, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 28 at 8:36pm on three Bourbon County Warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Angela Marie Trudell, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 28 at 10:30pm on a probation violation warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Samantha Glynn Witt, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 28 at 10:10pm on four failure to appear warrants.  She is still being held at this time on a $3500 surety bond.

Donald Lee Terry, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 28 at 6:38pm for possession of illegal drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
