Jennifer Lee Banta, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 3 at 2:00pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Zane Stephen Humphrey, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 3 at 1:46pm for driving while suspended, operating a vehicle with no registration, possession of certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Terrance Dejuan Ragsdale, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 3 at 4:55pm for aggravating endangering a child by exposing to meth chemicals, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Ashton Carol Martinez, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 25 at 7:40pm on a probation violation warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
