Jordan Shuffield Frei, age 24 was being held on an out of state warrant and was transferred out by the Northwest Shuttle at 3:16pm on Thursday, February 27th.

Jaryd A. Gibbons, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, February 27 at 2:18pm for felony aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, Burglary, criminal damage to property, possession of stolen property and felony of theft of property.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Kenzey Allen Hart, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, February 27 at 10:37pm for arson.  He is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.

Randall Joe Kuns, age 57 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, February 28 at 6:18am for possession of certain substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Donald Leslie Elkins, age 47 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, February 28 at 6:18am for driving while a habitual violator and driving while suspended.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
