Matthew Schweikhardt, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 23 at 6:00pm for two counts of trafficking contraband in a correctional/care facility and use of communications device in a drug sale.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
