Cherokee R. Gomez, age 30 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, February 19 at 12:39pm for criminal use of financial card without consent, forgery; making or altering a written instrument and theft of property or services.  She was released the same day at 2:21pm on a $5000 surety bond.
