Lee Roy Reeves, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 12 at 1:46pm for criminal restraint, felony interference with a law enforcement officer, kidnapping, out of county warrant and a bond revocation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Garen Keith Sager, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 12 at 4:05pm for stalking.  He I still being held at this time without bond.

Charles David Morris, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, February 13 at 3:27pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use of possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released the same day at 8:32pm on a $1000 surety bond.

James Lee Morris, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, February 13 at 3:27pm for operating a vehicle with no registration, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and vehicle liability insurance required.  He is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.

Samuel Phillips, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, February 13 at 3:32pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He I still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Gary Gene Henderson, age 46 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, February 13 at 7:26pm for criminal damage to property.  He was released on Sunday, February 14 at 3:30pm on a $250 surety bond.

Teresa Jean Nunley, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 16 at 12:00pm on a sanction.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
