George Miles Weyant, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 9 at 11:10am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

David G. Marez, age 50 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, February 9 at 11:11am for driving while suspended.  He was released the same day at 7:57pm on a $500 surety bond.

Amber Dawn Gillaspie, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 9 at 2:56pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Eric Greer, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 9 at 8:43pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Heather Renea Smith, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 9 at 9:08pm on three failure to appear warrants.  She is still being held at this time on a $1421.24 cash bond.

William Russell Troy Prestley, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 9 at 11:40pm on three failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Jayme Jo Cornell, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, February 10 at 2:38am on a probation violation warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Shawn Edward Counts, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon county Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, February 10 at 8:23am on two bond revocation warrants and two failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
